From a sheltered temple family, to sex and drugs in Kyoto at 19, a string of marriages to much older men, and finally homeless on the streets of Mesa, Arizona, Japanese artist Chihiro (Ikeda) struggles with finding her feet and attempting to reunite with her estranged father in this intimate, emotional documentary.
